By accessing and using Upliv's care management platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
Description of Service
Upliv provides a digital platform designed to support individuals with disabilities in managing their care through Ontario's Direct Funding Program. Our services include:
- Care plan management and coordination
- Attendant scheduling and management
- Financial tracking and reporting for Direct Funding
- Communication tools for care teams
- Compliance monitoring and documentation
User Responsibilities
As a user of our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the platform only for its intended purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the privacy and rights of other users
- Report any security vulnerabilities or misuse
- Keep your contact information up to date
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our platform to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upliv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Upliv is a care management platform and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services are designed to support care coordination but do not replace professional medical care. Always consult with qualified healthcare providers for medical decisions.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activities that may harm our platform or other users. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
